I'm one of the many people who don't like seafood. There's varying grades of fish haters, from not really enjoying it that much through to being physically repelled by it. I'm in the latter category and until earlier this year, I hadn't touched it for years. If you are in the third trimester, sleeping on the left side of your body is best. Lying down in this position allows the fetus to get the best supply of blood, here and also let's blood flow easily to your uterus and kidneys. Sleeping flat on your back is possibly the worse sleeping position when it comes to maintaining healthy blood flow, and should be avoided whenever possible.



Supporters also claim, as if the above list of ingredients is not enough, that there is a more important ingredient in wheatgrass. That ingredient is chlorophyll. This is the life force for our planet's plant kingdom. Chlorophyll is liquid energy from the sun. It is practically identical to human blood except that magnesium is in its nucleus instead of iron.

Reduction of childhood disorders. Kids these days are constantly being diagnosed with everything from attention deficit disorders and hyperactivity to dyslexia, dyspraxia, and compulsivity. Feeding your kids fish that is high in fatty oils can lower the risk of all these things and allow them to enjoy a better quality of life.
